Domenico Preziosi

Autor

is a CEDILS-certified teacher of Italian as a foreign language (Ca' Foscari University, Venice), with a background in Cultural Anthropology that shaped a lasting fascination with how people actually learn languages — not from rules, but from stories. Together with Olga, he co-writes the graded readers on this site — short stories that show Italy as it really is: its light side and its dark side, its contradictions, its humanity, never a postcard version. His goal is simple: readers who finish one book already want the next.

is a certified Italian language teacher (Ca' Foscari University of Venice). Together with Domenico Preziosi, she co-writes the graded readers on this site — short stories for beginner and intermediate learners (A1–B1), written in simple, natural Italian so you build vocabulary and confidence through reading, not memorizing grammar rules. Olga believes learning Italian should feel like a conversation with a patient friend, not a test you're afraid to fail — real stories you actually want to finish, at a level you can actually understand.
